Cunico Resources is steadfast in its goal of sound environmental management of its operations, in strict compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements and with best practice standards, such as those outlined in the IFC EHS Guidelines on mining.

Numerous environmental laws in the Balkans apply to the Cunico Resources’ operations and development projects, addressing such matters as protection of the natural environment, air and water quality, emission standards and disposal of waste.

Cunico Resources is committed to upholding these laws. This commitment was recently recognised when FENI Industries was granted an IPCC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) permit.
